Whether you’re building a house on a new lot or wanting to make changes to an existing property, a landscape design is key to ensuring your vision and goals are met. Knowing the importance of a well-thought-out landscape plan, we focus on what we do best: designing beautiful and functional landscapes. Our creative approach and experienced problem-solving skills will help create a landscape suited to your lifestyle.
The first step in the design process is determining goals for your landscape project. Ultimately, how do you want to use, improve or change your landscape? What do you like and dislike about your current landscape? Are there existing elements or features that you’d like to incorporate or work around?
To view more design considerations, please refer to our Landscape Design Questionnaire. Completing this form will provide us a more clear understanding of your lifestyle, preferences, and goals.
In addition to your feedback, we will perform a comprehensive site evaluation of your property, taking precise notes and measurements and photographing your existing landscape features. Site evaluation covers such items as existing plantings, hardscapes, (driveways, patios, walkways, etc.), lawn, property drainage patterns, utilities, neighboring properties and more.
Do you have budget constraints, or perhaps a yearly budget, and may need to implement a design over the course of a few seasons or even a number of years? A landscape design allows you the flexibility to complete your new landscape in phases, over time, as you see fit.
While some folks simply need a landscape design to begin work on their own, we can also assemble the right team of landscape professionals to make the design come to life!
The starting prices listed below are based on the general size of the area and typical amount of detail needed. For example, a basic bed and shrub layout would require much less detail than an expansive mixed perennial garden landscape plan, which includes all the existing and new features and materials labeled for clear identification.
